American Idol's first premier was on June 11, 2002. American Idol is watched by millions of people all over the United States. People from all over the USA came to audition to become the next American Idol, some may make it but some may sing horribly and not make it to Hollywood. If the judges say that you are going to Hollywood you get a golden ticket and you go to Hollywood.

    When the people make it they start to cry and run out of the doors that lead to their families, and the people that didn't make it also cry and they get very angry at the judges and start cussing in front of  everyone even little kids because they are very angry at the judges. The judges are Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Kara DiaGuardi, and Randy Jackson. 

      At the beginning of the episodes when they get to the big stage to compete to be the next American Idol the girls compete the 1st night and the the boys compete on the 2nd night, the 3rd night is when 1 person from the girls gets voted off the show and 1 of the boys gets voted off of the show.
